1. Relationship with app store terms
All purchases, subscriptions and downloads made through Apple’s App Store or TestFlight are also governed by Apple’s own terms and policies. If there is any conflict between those terms and this document, the platform terms generally control for billing and access.
2. Personal, non‑commercial use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Jasmine Creek apps are provided for your own personal use. You agree not to resell, sublicense or redistribute them as part of a commercial service without written permission.
3. Experimental and evolving software
Some Jasmine Creek projects are clearly marked as experimental or in development. Features may change, move or be removed as the software evolves. While care is taken to avoid data loss, you are responsible for backing up any information that matters to you.
4. No guarantee of availability
Apps may be updated, temporarily withdrawn, or discontinued over time. There is no guarantee that any particular version or feature will remain available indefinitely.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jasmine Creek Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of its apps, including loss of data or business interruption.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as products and regulations change. Continued use of Jasmine Creek apps after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
